We are WEinHR
WEinHR is a community for people who work in HR: practitioners, people leaders, CHROs and the business owners who depend on them. We started online and grew to 1,800+ registrations from 24+ countries across three editions of the WEinHR Conference.
The idea is in the name: we, in HR. The work is changing fast, and nobody has to figure it out alone. We bring HR leaders together at the conference, on the podcast and in between, to share what's actually working.
What drives us
Our mission
Equip HR leaders across Africa and beyond to shape the future of work, not just react to it.
Our belief

Our community
Practitioners, people leaders and business owners learning from each other, in person and online.
